Treat others the way that you would want to be treated. Always look to help others without expecting anything in return. Put the team’s interests before your own. Make your teammates better and earn their trust. Work just as hard at being a great teammate as you do at being a great player. Manners matter, even in times of adversity.

Success isn’t about avoiding hardship and adversity. Rather, it’s about whether you can get back up when you’ve faced a setback, and whether you can continue to push on when something doesn’t go your way. Embrace adversity as an opportunity for growth, not for self-pity.

Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm. Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm. Encourage rather than discourage. Be someone a stranger would want to meet.
